    Dinah Yenube Konlanbik

    Dinah Yenube Konlanbik holds a Degree in Family and Consumer Science from the University of Ghana in 2023. She had her internship at Legal Empire in the year 2021, where she served as an assistant secretary. Upon completing her Tertiary education, she had her National Service at Kpone Bawaleshie J.H.S, where she served as a teaching assistant in the Creative Arts Departments. She is responsible for managing the day to day affairs of the office. She also manages office supplies by taking records of stationery, electricity, water, printer, files and other relevant items in the office. She also keeps records of all cases and manages the case files/database of all our clients and ensures all documents are filled in the appropriate courts. She again, prepares memos for all expenses. She supervises the work of staff of the Company for efficient implementation and execution of tasks, duties and responsibilities. She keeps track of all banking activities of the Company by making deposits, withdrawals and cashing out cheques. She ensures that all statutory payments (SSNIT & G.R.A) of the Company are paid timeously. Dinah manages the entire Office facility and ensures all cleaning and waste disposal activities are duly carried out by cleaning staff. She further ensures all office related issues resolved in a timely and peaceful manner.

    Celestine Afia Safowaa

    Celestine Afia Safowaa holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. She undertook her national service as a personal assistant to a lecturer at the University of Ghana where she provided administrative and academic support, managed schedules, prepared documents and assisted with research work. Her background in Hospitality and Tourism Management has enhanced her ability to manage client relations and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently within the firm. She is responsible for managing schedules, appointments and meetings as well as preparing official reports and presentations, as well as drafting minutes of corporate meetings. She is tasked with handling client enquiries and providing general information to our clients. She handles all client's database and information. Furthermore, she assists in events or conference organization for the firm. She is also responsible for scheduling court dates for all our lawyers and communicates same to our respective clients. She coordinates and manages the work of the firm's court clerks by way of ensuring all processes to be filed are indeed filed. Again, she collaborates with our clerks to ensure that all such processes are filed before the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
